为深入贯彻党的二十大精神、落实 “三进”工作、创新外语教育课程思政建设，培养时代需要、国家需要、行业需要的高素质“外国语”“中国心”人才，特决定举办第三十四届杭州师范大学英文演讲赛暨中国日报社“21世纪杯”、“外研社·国才杯”全国英语演讲比赛校园选拔赛。

一、定题演讲主题

In his keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations (CDAC) in 2019, Chinese President Xi Jinping said, “We need to uphold the beauty of each civilization and the diversity of civilizations in the world. Each civilization is the crystallization of human creation, and each is beautiful in its own way. The aspiration for all that is beautiful is a common pursuit of humanity that nothing can hold back. Civilizations don't have to clash with each other; what is needed are eyes to see the beauty in all civilizations. We should keep our own civilizations dynamic and create conditions for other civilizations to flourish. Together we can make the garden of world civilizations colorful and vibrant.”

杭州师范大学全体在校学生(含留学生、研究生)。

三、报名方式

自主报名。报名同学需先加入钉钉群，钉钉群号：31845018314，入群后填写报名表，并可在群内进行赛事咨询。

四、比赛时间

初赛作品征集：即日至5月5日

复赛：5月中旬

五、比赛形式

初赛采用视频形式，每名参赛选手提交一分钟英语定题演讲。

要求：脱稿演讲，一镜到底。语速120-150单词/分钟，眼神平视镜头。视频需清晰展示演讲者上半身，不得剪辑配音。

六、相关说明

参加本次初赛可获得1个活动积分和0.5个二类学分。
